Returns
Due to the nature of personal care and herbal products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during special sales or promotional offers
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect products delivered
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
